We treat two kinds of concerns, in this order: how you feel and how your skin looks. On the wellness side, that means symptoms like fatigue, poor sleep, brain fog, mood swings, low libido, weight gain and thinning hair, which are often tied to hormones, thyroid or metabolism. We look for the cause with comprehensive labs and treat it with hormone therapy for women, hormone therapy for men and medical weight loss. On the aesthetic side, we treat wrinkles, volume loss, sagging, sun damage, acne and more with Botox, fillers, BBL, MOXI and other proven treatments.
Every guide below explains causes and options in plain English, cites trusted medical sources and is reviewed by our medical director. If something needs a different specialist, we'll tell you.
Hormones & wellness
Hormones come first at Epiphany Clinic, because how you feel affects everything else. These symptoms are common, real and often treatable. We start with a complimentary consult and comprehensive labs.
Tired no matter how much you sleep? Hormones, thyroid, iron and blood sugar are common, treatable causes.
Waking at 3 a.m. or drenched in sweat? Perimenopause, low testosterone and sleep apnea are worth ruling in or out.
Losing words or focus? Menopause, sleep, thyroid and B12 can all play a part, and most causes are fixable.
Snapping at people you love? Hormone shifts, PMS, postpartum changes and low T can affect mood.
A fading sex drive is common in women and men, and it often has a hormonal or medication cause.
Weight creeping on in midlife despite your efforts? Hormones, insulin resistance and sleep all matter.
More hair in the drain? Hormones, thyroid, iron and stress are common causes we can test for.
Skin & aesthetics
Natural-looking results, never overdone. Each guide explains what causes the concern and which treatments actually help, with real before & afters where we have them.
Expression lines and etched-in lines need different treatments. Here's how to tell them apart.
Hollow cheeks, temples or thinning lips? Filler and Sculptra restore lost volume naturally.
What nonsurgical tightening can realistically do, and when surgery is the better answer.
Thin, crinkly skin on the neck, arms or face, and the treatments that rebuild it.
Bags, hollows and dark circles have different causes, and different fixes.
Rough texture, large pores, dullness and redness, and what smooths them.
Those rough little bumps on your arms and legs, and how to keep them smooth.
Laser hair removal, and when extra hair growth points to hormones like PMOS (formerly PCOS).
Not sure where to start?
Most people do. Poor sleep, fatigue, brain fog and weight gain often show up together, and skin changes can follow the same hormone shifts. That's why we look at the whole picture instead of treating one symptom at a time.
