Our story
Stephany Reese, APRN, FNP-C, spent years in orthopedics and oncology, watching patients be told that feeling worse as they aged was simply “normal.” She believed people deserved better, so she dove into hormone health and the newer research on how restoring hormones can improve quality of life, sleep, mood and bone health.
In February 2022, Stephany and her husband, Tyler, opened Epiphany Clinic, growing from a home-based practice into a 3,000 square foot clinic in American Fork. Hormones still come first, with aesthetics to help you look as good as you feel.

A family nurse practitioner with a Master's in Nursing from the University of Cincinnati. Stephany chairs the Utah chapter of the Aesthetic Safety Network, leads our hormone therapy and weight-loss care, and oversees every treatment.

A registered nurse trained in full facial balancing and regenerative aesthetics, with advanced injector training. Marti does our Botox, fillers, lip filler and Sculptra.
Lead aesthetician

Where is Epiphany Clinic located?
Epiphany Clinic is at 119 S Pacific Dr, Suite 102, American Fork, UT 84003. We're a short drive from Lehi, Pleasant Grove, Highland, Alpine, Cedar Hills, Saratoga Springs and Orem.
What are your hours?
Monday and Friday 9am–5pm, and Tuesday through Thursday 10am–6pm. Evening and Saturday appointments are available by appointment, just text or call us at (801) 477-7294.
Do you offer hormone therapy for women and men?
Yes. We offer hormone therapy for women, including perimenopause and postpartum care, and hormone therapy for men, including testosterone therapy (TRT), led by Stephany Reese, APRN, FNP-C.
Do you offer medical weight loss?
Yes. Our medical weight loss program includes GLP-1 medications with medical supervision and regular check-ins, so your plan fits your health and your life.
Is the consultation complimentary?
Yes. Consultations are complimentary for aesthetic treatments, hormone therapy and weight loss, and you'll get a clear plan and pricing before anything is done. New aesthetic patients also get member pricing on their first visit.
Who will do my treatment?
Stephany Reese, APRN, FNP-C, leads hormone therapy and weight loss and oversees every treatment as our medical director. Marti Bove, RN, does our injectables, and Rashelle Murray, LMA, does our lasers, microneedling, facials and peels.
How much do treatments cost?
Consultations are complimentary. Hormone therapy starts with initial labs, and new aesthetic patients get Beauty Bank member pricing on their first visit. Every price is listed in our price guide.
Do you take insurance?
We don't bill insurance directly, but we can provide a superbill you can submit to your insurance for labs or visits.
