Which membership is right for me?
Read through what each membership includes and think about how often you'd like to come in. If you'd still like help deciding, text our team or ask at your next visit, and we'll talk it through with you. No pressure either way.
Is there a long commitment?
It depends on the membership. Beauty Bank has no commitment and no sign-up fee. Hormone memberships are annual or monthly. Weight loss memberships are monthly or 6-month. Laser hair removal is an 18-month program billed in 18 equal payments, or paid in full.
What's not included in the hormone membership?
Medications aren't included. You pay for them at the pharmacy of your choice, while your prescription refills, adjustments and any new prescriptions are part of your membership. Labs are billed separately, and your initial comprehensive lab panel is $400.
What is Primary Care Lite?
It's like having a provider in the family. Many of our hormone patients were already asking us for help with everyday health needs, so we made it an official part of every hormone membership. You can ask basic health questions and get simple prescriptions, like for a UTI or an ear infection. It doesn't replace urgent care visits that need an exam or scans, and it's never for emergencies. For an emergency, call 911 or go to the ER.
How does Beauty Bank work?
Your monthly deposit ($150, or $200 for Premier) goes into your Beauty Bank and rolls over month to month, adding up like a savings account. Spend it on any treatment, service or product. You also get member pricing every visit: $1.50 off every unit of Botox and Dysport, $75 off filler, 10% off skin care and a complimentary birthday facial. Premier adds a B12 shot every month.
What does 24/7 text support mean?
Hormone and weight loss members can text our team any time, day or night, with questions about their treatment or plan. For a medical emergency, always call 911.
What are model opportunities?
When our providers train on a new treatment or need models for photos and demonstrations, members are the first people we reach out to.
Can I use my $100 referral credit toward a membership?
Yes. If a friend referred you, your $100 referral credit can go toward any membership, as well as your first treatment, service or lab panel.
