How Sculptra works
Sculptra is made of poly-L-lactic acid (PLLA), a biocompatible material that gently stimulates your body to produce new collagen. Instead of filling one spot, it restores volume and firmness gradually across an area, so the change looks like you, just more rested.
Commonly used for hollow cheeks and temples and to support the jawline, where collagen loss shows first.
FDA-approved to smooth cheek wrinkles and improve the overall look of thinning, crepey skin.
Results build over a few months, so friends notice you look great without knowing why.
Your treatment plan
01
We assess where you've lost volume and map out how many sessions and vials you'll need, with an exact price before you commit.
02
Most people need about two to three treatments, spaced four to six weeks apart. Each visit takes about 30 to 45 minutes.
03
For about five days after each session, you'll massage the area five minutes, five times a day. We'll show you exactly how.
04
Early fullness from the injection fades within days. Then your new collagen builds, with full results about three months after your last session.

Your questions, answered
When will I see results?
You'll notice some fullness right after treatment, but that's mostly fluid and fades within a few days. The real results come as your body builds new collagen over the following weeks, with full results about three months after your final session.
How long does Sculptra last?
Because it works by building your own collagen, results can last two years or more. Many patients keep results going with an occasional maintenance session.
How many sessions will I need?
Most people need about two to three sessions spaced four to six weeks apart, but it depends on how much volume you've lost. We'll map out your plan and exact pricing at your complimentary consultation.
Does it hurt, and is there downtime?
We numb the area to keep you comfortable. Afterward, some swelling, tenderness or bruising for a few days is common, and most people go back to their day right away. You'll massage the area at home for about five days after each session.
Is Sculptra FDA approved?
Yes. Sculptra is FDA-approved and has been used for many years. Like any injectable it carries some risks, including small bumps under the skin, which we'll go over with you during your consultation.
Can I combine Sculptra with filler or Botox?
Yes, and many patients do. Sculptra rebuilds overall support, filler adds targeted volume, and Botox softens expression lines. We'll help you decide what makes sense for your face and budget.
